Our Journey

From the very beginning, The Águila Group has been about more than selling insurance. It’s about building trust, fostering relationships, and making insurance accessible and understandable for everyone. With a core focus on auto, home, and business insurance, our mission has always been to simplify the complexities of coverage and deliver unmatched value to our clients.

Our founder’s journey was not without its challenges. Starting as a young business owner in a competitive industry required resilience, hard work, and an unshakable belief in the importance of serving her community. Today, that same determination fuels every member of our growing team.

Arely Aguila

Founder & CEO

Welcome! I'm Arely, the proud owner of The Aguila Group. My passion for insurance is rooted in helping the minority community. Beyond the insurance realm, I am a very active mother and love spending time with my family.

I’ve been in the insurance world for almost ten years. My journey started as a friendly Customer Service Rep at State Farm, where I quickly realized I loved

helping people feel protected. From there, I became a licensed insurance producer

and eventually a Sales Manager at Allstate.

I believe in always learning and growing, and I want to bring that same energy to

our team

Karla Torrez

Auto Insurance Specialist

Karla has worked in sales and customer service for more than 25 years in Bolivia, now she is a specialist in the sale of auto insurance.
